Strong Year to Date Sales for Atlanta Active Adult Builder

A look at this year's sales number show that while out of state buyers have increased by 30 percent, Atlanta area buyers have increased by a whopping 400 percent. This percentage is a strong indicator that the Atlanta resale market is much healthier than it has been in the past. Buyers who have wanted to sell their homes and move are now finally able to do so.
