Joel Geniesse Promoted Within Ashton Woods Homes

After serving as the Purchasing Manager of the Atlanta division of Ashton Woods Homes, Joel Geniesse has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for the Raleigh, North Carolina division.

Though he will be missed in Atlanta, the team wishes Joel the best of luck. They know he will be very successful in Raleigh.

Since starting at Ashton Woods Homes in 1999, Joel has served as an Assistant Builder and in other operational roles. As Purchasing Manager, he helped with purchasing objectives, unit pricing and the design and production of new products.

During his new position, Joel will continue to help with these items along with leading the Raleigh division on key construction, operational initiatives and the launch of a new design center platform.
