Only Half of the Homes Remain at The Orchards of East Cherokee

Atlanta active adult community
If you've been thinking about moving to an Atlanta activeadult community, time is running out at The Orchards of East Cherokee. The Orchards Group has now sold 71 of the 140 homes in this Woodstock community.

The first 71 home sales were comprised of 28 single family homes and 41 ranch condominiums, both of which have been a popular product among this demographic. Currently, the builder has no standing inventory, but more new homes are under construction to be ready in the coming months.

"Seeing our neighborhood as vibrant as it has been over the last six months bodes well for our current homeowners who are excited to meet new friends, as well as the new buyers who get involved in all of the activities," said Mitch Block, Director of Sales & Marketing for The Orchards Group.

If a single family home is what you desire, choose from their lovely master on the main two-story or ranch plans complete with two to four bedrooms, spacious living areas, formal dining rooms, covered porches and low maintenance exteriors. Those looking for attached living will love the ranch condominiums with two to three bedrooms, activities suites over the garages, open living spaces, optional sunrooms and more.

While the homes themselves are a hit, buyers also are drawn to the community because of all the activities and amenities. The community amenity package includes a waterfall sitting plaza, swimming pool, grand clubhouse and barbeque grilling area.

Outside the community, residents will never have to travel far to find shops, restaurants, doctors, recreation and entertainment.
