Only Half of the Homes Remain at The Orchards of East Cherokee

The first 71 home sales were comprised of 28 single family homes and 41 ranch condominiums, both of which have been a popular product among this demographic. Currently, the builder has no standing inventory, but more new homes are under construction to be ready in the coming months.
