Traton Homes Honored with Guildmaster Award for Sixth Year in a Row

When selling a home, customer service is key and Traton Homes' superior customer service has made them the recipient of a Guildmaster Award with Distinction for the sixth year in a row. Awarded by GuildQuality, recipients of a Guildmaster Award are determined by their customer ratings. Traton Homes was one of 200 North American recipients honored by GuildQuality for their exceptional customer service throughout the last year.

To determine the honorees, GuildQuality reviewed numerous survey responses submitted by customers. Responses were then analuzed for the percentage of customers who would recommend and the percentage of customers who responded. Results of the surveys showed that Traton Homes achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90 percent from their customers.
