Construction Underway at The Orchards Group’s Newest Community

The Orchards of Stoney Point, a new active adult community from The Orchards Group, now has its first structure under construction. The community’s grand clubhouse, the central gathering point for residents at all of The Orchards Group’s communities, is under construction and will be complete by December.

“It’s always enjoyable to drive into the community and see the activity at the clubhouse,” said Mitch Block, director of sales and marketing for The Orchards Group. “The clubhouse is the central hub of the social scene and year-round activities and events for our residents.”

The clubhouse at The Orchards of Stoney Point will consist of a large gathering room complete with a fireplace and a flat screen television, a fitness center, sitting room and a spacious kitchen. Outside, residents will be able to enjoy a swimming pool that will be the first saltwater pool at an Orchards Group community.

In addition to the community clubhouse, construction will soon begin on five model homes. Three of the model homes will feature master-on-the-main townhome villas from The Arbors Collection, while two model homes will showcase ranch condominiums from the Southern Heritage Collection. The ranch condominium homes will consist of the Ashewood and Charleston plans and will be complete in mid-December, while the townhome villas will feature the Dogwood, Birch and Cypress plans, which will be complete by early January.
