Tour Five Model Homes at The Orchards of Stoney Point

Five beautiful model homes are now open for touring at The Orchards of Stoney Point, a new active adult in community in Cumming.

These professionally decorated homes showcase The Orchards Group’s Arbors and Southern Heritage Collection homes and give prospective home buyers the opportunity to experience first-hand the many options, features and finishes in homes at The Orchards of Stoney Point.

Two Southern Heritage ranch condominium model homes showcasing the Ashewood and Charleston floor plans have been open for tours since earlier this year, and now three additional model homes showcasing the popular Arbors townhome villa Cypress, Dogwood and Birch floor plans are open for touring.
